Muzzle Threading

Over time we have come across many poorly cut or badly worn  muzzle threads . Even some  well known  factory  rifles  have occasionally  come to us with over or under sized threads , and  even  broken threads . We also see  many reasonable muzzle  threads that are straight forward  just  run of the mill threads  with no thrills.

As we have gone to great lengths to offer the very best quality Titanium sound moderators , we thought it only fitting  to offer a muzzle thread of the same quality , as they both work together and are dependent  on one another for  performance and durability .

Whilst keeping  technical data like  thread pitch  and outer diameter  to industry standard  in order  to allow universal usage  , We have added  a few innovations  to  offer  what we are told by many customers , both trade and private ,  is the finest quality thread they have seen . We also perform barrel shortening and re-crowning to the same standards .

All of our  threads are CNC cut at high speeds .  This   achieves  a  very clean cut thread  with no stress on the barrel  and helps to keeps the  thread   concentric and  straight to the bore . We only  use Aerospace thread gauges  and  the  highest quality  carbide full form cutting tips.  This  coupled with CNC  equipment ,   achieves  computer accurate and concentric  muzzle  threading  of the highest quality . We are able to offer   this service for  all  kinds  of barrel ,  including  high quality hard steel  barrels like Blaser  or Sauer .  We offer   both  metric and imperial threads  .
